Health and Wellbeing
Manchester CAMHs
Manchester CAMHs have created a new website containing advice on wellbeing, mood, mental health, neurodiversity and more. There is a wide range of support, suggested resources, advice and signposting to other websites all in one place for young people, parents and professionals.
Please note – this is not where you make referrals to CAMHS; that is still done through Oldham CAMHS. We are sharing this website as a resource for potential interventions and knowledge.

This May Help...Mental Health and Wellbeing
This May Help has been created for parents and carers to help manage their child’s mental health.
The subjects covered on this website have been chosen by parents and carers just like you, and in consultation with young people who have gone through their own mental health issues. What helped them may also help you.
